Cosmos Space Festival

The annual Cosmos Space Festival started in 1969 and is held on the third weekend of July in celebration of the astronaunts' first landing on the moon.  The annual Cosmos Space Festival features Minn-E-Rods, softball tournament, volleyball tournament, antique tractor pull, pig races, meals in the park, a Space Festival parade, fireworks, pancake breakfast, pork chop dinner, church in the park, music entertainment, crafters, pedal tractor pull, disc golf tournament, laser tag, bean bag tournament, city wide garage sales, drawings, and many other activities.

The Medallion Hunt will start June 25th (3 weeks) before Space Fest! Rules and Clues posted at City Hall.

Family Fun Movie Night:  7:30 pm Thursday evening, July 19th at the City Center.

5K Color Run/Walk July 21st at 8:00 am. Sign up by June 25th to get a T-shirt for the Race.

Space Festival Committee is a great way to connect with people in our community and build new friendships.
